Measuring temperature is done in only 8 seconds by using the flexible tip. As it is extremely important to know that the definition of fever changes with age Braun has equipped this thermometer with the patented, colour-coded Age Precision™ display which helps you to read the temperature for the different age groups of your family correctly.

The colour indicators on the display as well as different sound signals help new parents get accurate results in order to act fast.

Simply select the age of the patient on the display, measure the temperature and read the result. Due to the different colours on the display (green – free from fever; yellow – elevated temperature, red – fever alarm) you know for sure whether your little one is fine or has a temperature.

To be able to compare the results, the memory mode saves and recalls the last temperature reading. The display indicates temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
